Teaching face-to-face again is definitely something to look forward to, but the situation in the classroom is certainly not the same as it was before Corona. Social distancing rules alone mean that common classroom activities such as pairwork and groupwork have to be modified.
Taking examples from Let’s Enjoy English, Klett’s new series for adult learners, we’ll explore how we can be sure our classroom courses are as engaging, communicative and fun as possible and yet are still “COVID-secure” at all times. We’ll first identify which activities will need to be adapted, and then discuss how we can best make adaptations. We’ll also take a look at ways in which learners can interact in our classrooms online.
Join me and find out how to be COVID-safe and (still) enjoy English!
