Inhalt
Many students in Years 9 upwards still have problems with key points of grammar. While gap-fill activities don't pose too many difficulties, students often find free text production a challenge because they haven't internalised the structures. This is, of course, especially true for speaking. Yet at the same time, students also need to start doing this for themselves - finding out which areas they need to work on and then acting on this.
In this online seminar we'll be looking at ways to help students refresh their knowledge and improve their writing and speaking. We'll be discussing ways to motivate students to engage with the grammar and help them to feel more confident.
So, do join us for this talk and a lively discussion afterwards about how we can help students to start learning grammar because they want to help themselves!
