Inhalt
To understand the present, we first have to turn to the past. And so much has happened in the UK over the past 75 years: the birth of the modern Commonwealth, our troubled relationship with Ireland, joining the EEC, the Belfast Agreement, leaving the EU …
In this webinar, we'll be looking at some key events in British history in the 20th and 21st centuries and examining their significance for the UK today. As always, a variety of materials will be included to provide a motivating approach for students.
Part II: A disgruntled & disunited kingdom? will be held on 07.02. (4895)
Part III: The UK's soft power and its future will be held on 22.02. (4897)
